HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

STANDARD SHIPPING
Your purchase will be shipped once we receive your order and your payment is confirmed.
Shipping times vary from 5 to 20 business days according to carrier times, but we always do everything possible to receive it in the shortest possible time.
Once your order leaves our headquarters, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number so you can track your order.

WHAT PRODUCTS CAN YOU RETURN/EXCHANGE?

You can return / exchange all items sold in the store that you have received with manufacturing defects or in poor condition due to shipping. in this case you can choose between the refund of the money or an exchange for another item.
Money refunds are effective only for cases of defective products. Does not apply to changes for size.
You can also change the product for sizes, according to the availability of the product in stock and except for items purchased at a discount. If something does not fit you, you can exchange it for the same item or another product from the store, but you must bear all shipping costs. In the process of exchange and return we explain the costs that this implies and what would be the steps to follow.
Each product has information on Changes and Returns. You can see if there is any special information, if the information described here does not apply.
WHAT PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED?
Discount items.
Products washed or with signs of use.
We accept merchandise that is returned within the terms described by law (5 business days after the product was delivered). Unfortunately, items received after this period will not be accepted.

HOW DO I START AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

The first thing you must do is request the return, you must write to the customer service email hello@gardeniawear.com with the following information:
Your full name.
Order number.
Reason for which you want to initiate the return or exchange
If the product is defective or is not the one you ordered, attach a photo of said product.
This will help us expedite the processing of the return.
Once we have received your request, we take 3 business days to give you an answer.

Once your request is accepted, you must send the garment to the indicated address within the next 5 business days and assume the shipping costs. Keep in mind that we will not accept returns that are made in a period greater than these 5 days after the change is approved. Once we receive the garment, we will send you the new item on the next shipping day with cash on delivery payment.

Make sure your return is reported within five (5) business days from the date you received the product. All returned products must be in their original condition, with the packaging intact, and without showing signs of use.

“In accordance with the provisions of Law 1480 of 2011, the buyer has five (5) business days from the date of delivery of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal, report damage or dissatisfaction with the purchased product. After this time, it is understood that the partner indicates conformity of the adequate state of the delivered product”.
COSTS CHANGES

The customer must assume all shipping costs to make changes for size.
In the event of any type of error in the dispatch of the order or defects in the product, GARDENIA will bear all the shipping costs until the change is made.

REFUNDS
The value of all returnable items will be refunded through the Pay U payment platform when the payment is made through credit cards, in case of having made the payment with another means of payment, the refund of the money will be made in cash to a bank account indicated by the client.
If the return is generated due to a defect in the item, or due to an operational error in the processing of the order, GARDENIA will bear the return costs and the shipping costs of a new item if and only if the item is in stock, and if the client is willing to accept them.
If the return is generated as a result of an error on the part of the customer, you must bear the shipping costs. These shipping costs vary depending on the shipping address of the product. If the items were purchased under the free shipping method, the refund will be made for the total cost of the products less all transportation costs.

WRONG, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMSAt GARDENIA we strive to ensure that your order is shipped in the best possible way, so that you receive it exactly the way you wanted it. However, if you believe that an order was shipped incorrectly, or if the product arrived defective or damaged, please contact us directly at hello@gardeniawear.com. We apologize in advance if this happens. the process, but we work hard so that this does not happen.
The only products in our store with a special guarantee will be indicated in the product description. Otherwise, we only make sure to vouch for your product until you receive it satisfactorily.

To make the guarantee of a product to which a special period applies, the customer must contact our customer service email hello@gardeniawear.com, where they will be given adequate instructions on how we will help them manage the guarantee with the supplier. and/or manufacturer of the corresponding item.


DISCOUNTS

Items offered as "Discounts" cannot be returned nor do they apply for a refund of money.
